Terms of Sale

All sales are final. Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. If you have a concern before work starts, please contact us and we will do our best to address it.

Lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of your deposit. Lead time may be longer for complex or large-format works. We will communicate an estimated completion date at the time of order confirmation.

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due before your work ships. We accept payment via Stripe. Invoices are sent by email with a secure payment link.

All works are shipped insured and tracked via professional art shipping carriers. A shipping quote is provided at the time of order confirmation. International shipping is available. See our shipping page for details.

We package all works with professional-grade materials to prevent transit damage. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at sales@jessesky.art. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter.

Jesse Sky retains all reproduction rights to all works. The purchase of a physical work does not transfer any copyright, reproduction, licensing, or commercial rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, photograph for commercial use, or license the work without written permission.

Discount codes issued through our gallery program are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. Codes expire as indicated at time of issuance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
